Pride Info Centre
Opened in 2017 as the first public LGBTI+ space in Belgrade, Pride Info Centre serves to raise awareness about the community and the issues and challenges it faces, and as an information point about Belgrade Pride and the LGBTI+ movement. Pride Info Centre is now a well-established venue that regularly hosts events and visitors. The centre began as a one-month pilot project for Belgrade Pride 2017, but after receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from the Community, has become a permanent LGBTI+ space in Belgrade.
In 2018, Pride Infor Centre moved to a larger venue in the main street in Belgrade (Kralja Milana 20), where it expanded its work and outreach. Pride Info Centre is a unique, flexible, and inclusive space that acts as a creative hub for community oriented activities and events including exhibitions, performances, movie screenings, debates and discussions organised by LGBTI+ and human rights organisations. Pride Info Center aims to contribute to the creation of a more open and tolerant society in Serbia by promoting LGBTI+ rights and by informing the wider public about issues related to the LGBTI+ community, to challenge stereotypes and to raise awareness about LGBTI rights.
